Preparation

Retreat
Spend 7 days on the island of Florianópolis, Brazil, fully immersed in nature. Across the week, you’ll experience 4 ayahuasca ceremonies, each one building on the last, together with a Temazcal sweat lodge, body flow classes, meditations and a nature hike. With nourishing chef-prepared vegetarian Brazilian meals and both group and 1:1 coaching, you are supported every step of the way.
Integration

The Coaches
Paul is a CHEK Holistic Health Practitioner, and David a Human Behaviour Specialist, certified Demartini Method® Facilitator.
Together, we’ve spent years deepening our relationship with Ayahuasca and the traditions behind it, not just through ceremony, but through study, immersion, and service.
- David was privately invited to an exclusive Ayahuasca retreat in the Peruvian Amazon led by Dr. Gabor Maté, attended by doctors, therapists, healers, and mental health professionals, all exploring the therapeutic potential of the medicine.
- Paul and David were later invited to the Brazilian Amazon to stay with the Yawanawá tribe, celebrating the Chief’s birthday and participating in sacred ceremonies and other Amazonian medicines.
- Paul completed a traditional Ayahuasca Dieta and Master Plant Diet in the Peruvian Amazon, a period of isolation, fasting, and deep communion with nature’s intelligence. This involved no talking, no electricity, and a strict diet free of sugar, salt, and animal products.
- Together, we’ve been guiding retreats since 2017, helping hundreds of people prepare for, experience, and integrate Ayahuasca safely and meaningfully.

The Ceremony Facilitator
Our head facilitator, Ivan Caminsk, baptized Iskunawa by the Yawanawá people of Acre in the Amazon, has been guiding ceremonies since 2013 alongside his wife, Camila Horvath. Both were initiated into indigenous traditions, diets, and knowledge, and have trained directly with multiple ethnic groups across Brazil including the Huni Kuin tribe and beyond. Ivan brings this depth of lineage and experience into every retreat, holding a safe and authentic space for deep healing and self-knowledge.
